The Metropolitan Museum of Iași offers guided tours for all categories of people. Whether you want to learn more about the history of the place, art, or architecture, our specialists are at your disposal.
Guided tours are available in Romanian, English, and French with prior reservation (to ensure guide availability), including the time frame and number of participants.
Guided tours are held daily during normal visiting hours and last approximately 30 minutes.
The minimum number of people in a group for a guided tour is 10, and the maximum is 30.
IMPORTANT! Guided tours are conducted exclusively by the museum's specialized staff, both inside the museum and in other parts of the Metropolitan Ensemble.
Our guides adapt their tours according to the group, so the information provided may vary from group to group or from tour to tour.
For more information about the cost of a guide, please refer to the "Cost of the Visit and Other Fees" section.
We recommend that teachers who want to bring students to visit during the "Alternative School" program or the "Green Week" make guide reservations in advance, as during these periods available time slots fill up quickly, meaning that all guides may be reserved, and you risk visiting the museum without a guide.
