Tickets for visiting the Metropolitan Museum of Iași can be purchased exclusively at the museum's reception.
The costs for visiting the Metropolitan Museum of Iași are:
Main ticket (adults): 5 lei
Reduced ticket – available for:
- Seniors (retirees, with proof): 1 lei/person
- Students: 3 lei/person
The cost of a guide in Romanian is 20 lei.
The cost for a guide in English or French is 50 lei.

Categories entitled to free entry:
- Preschool children up to 7 years old;
- Children and youth up to 26 years old from EU member states, with the European Youth Card (EURO<26);
- Monks and nuns from the Romanian Patriarchate;
- People with disabilities and their companion, regardless of the country of origin, based on their ID and a disability certificate, according to current legislation;
- Official guests and delegates of the Metropolitanate of Moldavia and Bucovina;
- Museum staff from other Romanian museums, with the presentation of a work ID;
- Holders of cards issued by the International Council of Museums (ICOM) and the International Council of Monuments and Sites (ICOMOS), by presenting their ID or passport and valid ICOM/ICOMOS membership card;
- Teaching staff when accompanying organized school groups during educational visits;
- National tourist guides accompanying organized groups, by presenting a professional ID.
